The idea of Sushi Hana began in 1999, in Rio de Janeiro, as a result of the New Tokyo of Rio created in 1993 in Copacabana.
His chef firmly believes in the idea of opening a store in Barcelona, a dream he achieved in 2005 in the town of Sant Just Desvern.
The restaurant is characterized by the high quality of the genre and the kind attention of its workers. It focuses on the most typical food of Japan, adapting some dishes for its European clients. After 8 years giving the best of his services, he decides to start his career also on the internet, with the aim of giving a better service to his loyal customers.
